Senior BIM Modeler

• Over 5 years of experience in BIM modeling, specializing in MEP systems.
• Develop, manage, and update LOD 300–LOD 500 MEP BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage, resolving inter-discipline conflicts efficiently.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings with architectural, structural, and BIM teams to ensure design consistency and integration.
• Review project documentation, including RFIs, redlines, and specifications, to maintain model accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and MEP schedules derived from BIM models.
• Implement and adhere to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company BIM standards.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to BIM modelers, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
• Utilize BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for model management and collaboration.
• Coordinate with design and site teams to align models with construction requirements and schedules.
• Revit MEP | Navisworks Manage | AutoCAD | BIM 360 / ACC
• Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems.
• Familiar with ISO 19650, Dynamo, and Parametric Family Creation.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
