Position: Senior BIM Modeler – Infrastructure (Pump Station Project)

Project Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ( KSA Time)

Relocation: REMOTE WORK ONLY
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior BIM Modeler with proven experience in infrastructure projects, particularly pump stations. The ideal candidate should be technically skilled in BIM modeling using industry-standard software and be capable of developing accurate, coordinated, and constructible models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models for infrastructure and pump station projects.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM outputs.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate models and support construction planning.
• Generate detailed drawings and visualizations using Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling for infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Experience in utility infrastructure or pump station projects is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
