We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with a proven track record in the US IT Staffing and Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of Tier 1 vendors and direct clients and will be instrumental in marketing our bench consultants. Your expertise in vendor engagement, opportunity identification, and candidate placement will be key to driving the company's growth and success. Role & responsibilities Market bench consultants, including those on H1B, OPT, H4 EAD, and GC, to Tier 1 vendors and direct clients in the U.S. Manage the full cycle of bench sales recruitment, from sourcing requirements to final placement. Leverage your existing network of Tier 1 vendors to identify new business opportunities. Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn to source opportunities for bench consultants. Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms of employment with vendors and clients to ensure successful placements. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients. Screen and assess candidate profiles to align them with open requirements. Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with vendors for feedback. Maintain a comprehensive database of consultants and vendor contacts. Facilitate H1B transfers as needed. Achieve or exceed defined sales and placement targets. Preferred candidate profile 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Bench Sales within the US IT staffing industry. Strong existing network and direct relationships with U.S.-based Tier 1 vendors. In-depth understanding of U.S. work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, GC) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Confidence in cold calling, email outreach, and professional vendor communication. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a results-driven mindset.
