Role Overview

Senior Backend Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using

  Java / Spring Boot

  .
• Collaborate closely with

  Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, and QA

  to deliver high-quality applications.
• Build and maintain

  REST APIs

  and integrate with external systems.
• Package applications into

  Docker containers

  and deploy to

  AWS environments

  .
• Apply

  Domain Driven Design (DDD)

  principles for scalable and maintainable architecture.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using

  JWT, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, Azure AD

  , etc.
• Ensure best practices in

  application security

  and

  cloud infrastructure security

  .
• Work within

  Agile (Scrum / SAFe)

  methodologies, contributing to planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  Computer Science

  or related field.

• 8+ years

  of hands-on backend development experience.
• Expertise in:

• Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, SQL, PostgreSQL

• REST, OpenAPI, AWS SDK

• Amazon Web Services

  : IAM, VPC, Cognito, API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, S3, ECR, AuroraDB, CloudWatch, AWS CLI

• Docker & AWS deployments

• AWS Certification

  : Cloud Practitioner required, Solutions Architect preferred.
• Strong knowledge of

  Domain Driven Design (DDD)

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Salesforce.com (SFDC)

  integrations.
• Experience with

  authentication/authorization

  frameworks and standards.
• Familiarity with

  GitHub, GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory

  .
• Strong understanding of

  data structures

  and

  web application security

  .
• Experience in

  Agile workflows

  (Scrum / SAFe).
• Excellent

  English communication skills

  ; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with

  other programming languages

  beyond Java.
• Background in

  LLMs, AI Agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP)

  .
• Previous exposure to

  large-scale enterprise products

  .
