About the Role:

Senior Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define and deliver backend solutions.
  
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure server-side systems.
  
• Develop APIs, microservices, and distributed systems using modern backend frameworks.
  
• Participate in agile development practices, including pair programming, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Automate infrastructure setup, deployment, and system monitoring.
  
• Provide production support for deployed applications ("You build it, you run it" mindset).
  
• Mentor junior engineers and support client team development.
  
• Advocate best practices in software development and agile methodologies.
  

Requirements:

• Strong experience in backend development using

  Java, Python, or C#

  (experience in multiple languages is a plus).
• Proven track record of building and maintaining

  enterprise-scale distributed systems

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  microservice architecture

  and

  RESTful API design

  .
• Proficiency with

  CI/CD pipelines
