As a Senior/Lead Software Engineer, you will join a product development team of our customer in supply chain domain and partner with other software engineers who are passionate about solving real-world problems. We promote developer autonomy and empower engineering teams to own a piece of the customer experience.What Youll Do:Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Java, Scala, and Kotlin.Design and implement Microservices and Event-driven architectures for high-performance applications.Optimize cloud-based deployments and ensure system reliability.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver cutting-edge solutions.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth and technical excellence.Does this sound like you?5+ years of experience in Java, Scala, and/or Kotlin development.Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.Experience with Spring Boot, Akka, Play Framework, or similar technologies.Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other event-driven messaging systems.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Ability to work with US-based teams, with at least 2 hours of overlap with US West/Central time zones.
