You will join a product development team, collaborating with passionate software engineers and directly impacting customer experience. Expect autonomy, accountability, and complex engineering challenges every day. What Youll Do Architect and develop scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails. Design and implement microservices-based systems to optimize performance and maintainability. Collaborate directly with customer stakeholders to translate business needs into robust solutions. Mentor peers and contribute to elevating the technical culture of the team. Help evolve the technology stack, adopting best practices and new tools as necessary. Does This Sound Like You? 7+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development. Strong understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices. Proven experience building cloud-based applications at scale. Proficient in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases. Exposure to front-end technologies like React is a bonus. Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Comfortable working with US-based teams with 2+ hours overlap in US West/Central time zones. The Interview Process - 1.
