Senior Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Lead system integrations with third-party APIs, internal services, and external platforms.
• Apply strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and distributed systems to solve complex problems.
• Optimise databases and ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Python (Django / FastAPI).
• Solid grasp of Computer Science fundamentals: Data structures, algorithms, system design, scalability, networking basics.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, third-party services).
• Hands-on experience with databases and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong debugging, optimisation, and problem-solving skills.

Where You’ll Work:

• Hybrid role based out of Indore.
• Primarily WFH, with office visits as per team requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in backend development, with a proven track record of delivering scalable applications.
• Strong foundation in backend concepts, system design, and cloud deployment.
• Hands-on experience across the complete product development lifecycle.
• Ability to contribute as an individual contributor and mentor or guide junior team members when needed.
• Clear, structured, and confident communication style.
