Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, startups, and businesses needing software development support.
• Reach out through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, and networking channels.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery calls.
• Collaborate with the founding team to pitch Vibencode’s services and close deals.

Requirements

• 6M to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (IT/software services preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong research and networking ability.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn and proposal writing.
