Handle inbound calls , respond to customer queries, and provide detailed information as needed. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information . Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets . Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Keep records of call details, follow-ups, and outcomes. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead generation and conversions. Qualifications High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred). Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Representative , or similar role is an advantage. Excellent communication skills in English / Hindi / local language (customize as needed). Good listening skills , patience, and problem-solving attitude. Ability to handle rejection and remain confident. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
