Senior B2B Sales Lead

You will be responsible for everything from hunting to closing for our Venture studio products, being the engine that drives growth. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role suitable for individuals who excel in an early-stage, high-impact environment. - Lead Generation: Hunt and qualify mid-market leads (HR, CXOs), build pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, events, and partnerships. - Sales & Pitches: Develop compelling pitches and demos customized to client needs in mental health, edutainment, and wellbeing sectors. - Account Management: Take charge of post-sale relationships, drive renewals, and ensure satisfaction by collaborating with internal teams. - Revenue & GTM: Take ownership of revenue targets, work on pricing, bundling, and GTM strategies in collaboration with the team. - Product Feedback: Serve as the customer voice, bringing field insights to guide product and marketing strategy. **Must-Have** - 4-5 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in HealthTech. - Full-cycle sales ownership from lead generation to renewal. - Strong skills in storytelling, executive presence, and stakeholder influence. **Bonus** - Experience in scaling a fast-growing startup. - Strong network within the HR / People ecosystem. - Exposure to startup growth or marketing-led GTM strategies. **Why Join Us** - Purpose-driven work focused on improving lives. - Ownership in a growing, early-stage company. - Fast, collaborative, and flexible work culture. *Note: The job is Full-time and Permanent with the work location being in person.*,
