Scrum Master: VnV Automotive testing background and strong Scrum Experience: 9+ Years responsibilities: Facilitator of the Scrum Process Support and coach the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality. Protect the team from external distractions and interruptions during sprints. Encourage continuous improvement and team empowerment. Promote a positive and productive team culture. Help the Product Owner effectively manage the Product Backlog. Encourage inspect-and-adapt cycles after each sprint. Promote Agile mindset and cultural transformation across the organization. Educate non-Scrum teams about Agile values and iterative delivery. Help create an environment of trust, collaboration, and accountability. rack sprint progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps. Conduct or facilitate Daily Scrum (stand-ups). Review sprint boards and backlog health. Check team availability and resolve blockers. Communicate updates to Product Owner or management. Prepare for retrospectives and document action items.
