As the B2B Content Editor at Magnon Group, you’ll ensure that all content targeting business and enterprise stakeholders is authoritative, on-brand, conversion-oriented, and aligned with the broader marketing, product strategy, and brand guidelines. You’ll work with writers, subject-matter experts (SMEs), SEO, and demand-gen teams to produce long-form assets, sales-enablement materials, website content, and thought-leadership pieces that drive pipeline, brand authority, and buyer engagement.
Location: Noida
● Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, positioning, and messaging across all content, aligned with our enterprise software value proposition.
● Able to develop and maintain a clear and consistent brand voice and adapt different writing styles for various platforms.
● Translate product features into winning value propositions and messaging for key audience segments within stipulated delivery timelines.
● Work closely with product marketing, solutions marketing, sales enablement and SMEs to distil complex software features, industry insights and use-cases into clear, engaging, business-relevant stories for senior decision-makers.
● Familiarize yourself with clients’ products and services, the target audience, and their competitors’ activities.
● Manage and edit content created by internal writers, freelancers, agencies and partners — providing clear editorial feedback and maintaining high quality standards (accuracy, grammar, flow, readability, structure).
● Maintain and enforce editorial style guide, brand glossary, and content governance processes.
● Develop and maintain the editorial calendar: plan topics, allocate resources, set deadlines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of content output.
● Continue to look for ways to improve and innovate processes with the creative team to produce high-quality content for clients.
● Stay current on B2B software/enterprise technology trends, buyer personas (CIOs, IT-Directors, LOB executives), and content-marketing best practices to elevate our content program continually.
● Bachelor's/master’s degree in journalism, communication, literature, or related field.
● 10+ years of editing experience in B2B content, preferably in the enterprise software, SaaS or technology sector (global audience desirable).
● Strong command of English: grammar, structure, style, clarity, tone, messaging for business.
● Demonstrated skill in editing and shaping long-form B2B content (white papers, eBooks, case studies, solution briefs) as well as shorter formats (blog posts, website copy, emails)
● Experience in creating customer-facing content for global markets with attention to detail and a keen eye for proofreading/copy editing.
● Deep understanding of AP Stylebook and Chicago Manual of Style.
● Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
● Strong analytical mindset: able to interpret content performance data and apply insights to refine editorial strategy
Good to have:
● Experience working within or for a Fortune-level enterprise software / SaaS company.
● Hands-on with editing globally-targeted content (EMEA/APAC/US) and adapting for regional/local markets.
● Understanding of enterprise journey, demand generation, sales enablement, and pipeline metrics.
● Experience in brand journalism, thought leadership programs or analyst relations content.
