Job Description

Validate patches involving goroutines, channels, concurrency mechanisms, and async logic.
Run go test suites to detect failures, race conditions, or flaky behavior.
Debug issues related to synchronization, locks, shared state, or goroutine mismanagement.
Review PRs with attention to performance, safety, simplicity, and maintainability.
Identify data races, concurrency bugs, deadlocks, and timing issues.
Collaborate with systems and backend teams to uphold reliability and correctness.

Job Requirements

Experience with microservices, concurrent systems, or backend Go architectures.
Strong understanding of go test, goroutines, channels, concurrency reasoning, locking, and synchronization.
Ability to debug production-like issues involving timing, race conditions, or shared state.
Practical experience with goroutines, locks, microservices, concurrency debugging, and performance-sensitive systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
