Job Description

You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Alternative Investments. You have found the right team.

As an Alternative Investments Structuring Professional within our Alternatives team, you will be responsible for defining, refining, and achieving set goals for our firm. You will execute mid-stream transactions from late due diligence through to fund launch, and develop marketing materials such as presentations and executive summaries. Your role involves analyzing investment strategies and competitor funds using both firm and industry resources. You will collaborate with the Global Structuring Team and legal counsel to review offering materials, and review and sign off on subscription documents while training marketing teams on execution. Identifying and communicating non-standard structural issues to the operations group before launch is crucial. You will educate and advise the Alternative Specialists Team on transaction details and coordinate the production of offering documents. Liaising with Compliance and Risk Management to document regional marketing guidelines is part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will monitor and report fundraising progress to senior management and support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deal execution.

Job Responsibilities

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Hold a bachelor s degree with at least 2 years of experience
  • Exhibit strong relationship management and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analyze and solve problems while managing multiple tasks.
  • Work flexibly both independently and as a team player.
  • Show a strong interest in alternative investments.
  • Present information effectively in verbal formats.

  • Demonstrate project management and follow-through skills.
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion.
  • Organize and interpret large amounts of data comfortably.
