Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate. The Senior Associate will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings. Additional responsibilities include managing client relationships, mentoring junior associates, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Legal research and analytical skills
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, and strong written communication skills
• Client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Experience in court proceedings and litigation
• Ability to mentor and lead junior associates
• Strong understanding of legal regulations and ethical standards
• law degree from a recognized institution
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Experience in the legal industry, with a focus on providing top-notch legal services
