Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate located in West Bengal, India. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing and executing various tasks related to insurance operations. This includes processing insurance claims, conducting risk assessments, managing customer queries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating with team members to improve processes, providing support to junior staff, and maintaining accurate documentation of all activities.

Qualifications

Experience in insurance operations and claims processing
