Job Description


  • Role name and description -Senior Executive- Mobility As part of the CBTS GDS team, you will be responsible for Visa and Immigration, assignment management both for Inbound and outbound moves to and from India. The opportunity Being part of CBTS GDS provides you with the opportunity to manage end to end operations at the same time it also helps you in enhancing your learning in the field of mobility and immigration Your key responsibilities
  • Responsible for documentation for all categories of Visa and Immigration both for Inbound and outbound moves to and from India
  • Prepare/ review cost estimates and Secondment authorizations forms
  • Work with the Host and Home country Partners for approvals of Cost estimate and signing Secondment Authorization forms for Inbound moves
  • Interaction with Attorneys/ Immigration team abroad for Visa authorization/ work permit processing & approval
  • Co-ordinate with host country Program Managers in handling the logistics and host business requirements
  • Work closely with business in understanding their expectations finalizing the assignment requests and help choose right resource under right category of visa
  • Having frequent connects with the Business POCs in understanding upcoming opportunities and providing them with the updates related to cases and on-going matters
  • Coordination with the Global Mobility /immigration team of the host countries and handling mobility related activities
  • Work with Finance and tax teams on IT return preparation assistance for Inbound and outbound assignees
  • Ensure the team provides supporting documents/ letters for Indian visas for Inbound assignees
  • Responsible for generating adhoc reporting for the areas responsible
  • Counselling of transferring and repatriating employees on all aspects of their expatriate benefits, entitlements and ensuring the employees abide by the policy terms and conditions
  • Initiate tax and immigration teams for planning and review
  • Review allowances for mobility payroll for all levels of employees and liaising with mobility Operations Team, and Compensation & Benefits team
  • Day to day case management of expatriate population including dealing with ad hoc queries, advising on tax and immigration issues, and coordinating with vendors
  • Review and generation of assignment documentation
  • Responsible for data upkeep and quality output at all times
  • Responsible to conduct mock interviews and share feedback
  • Conduct Visa & Travel briefing sessions with employees

  • To qualify for the role, you must have
  • 4 to 8 years relevant experience in mobility and immigration.
  • Mobility & Immigration knowledge of Europe & Asia Markets
  • End to End Work permit process for EMEA (specific to UK & I), Germany, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, APAC & MENA countries.

  • Ideally, youll also have
  • Knowledge on Minimum wage requirement, Immigration regulations, validation of immigration documents and Immigration application process
  • Knowledge at advance level on MIS (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power App)
  • Knowledge on the Host and Home country Immigration & Tax compliance
  • responsible for developing and coaching team members
