Senior Associate - Talent Mobility

Key Responsibilities: - Manage the operations of all the GDS outbound work visa requests related to cross border travel. - End to end case management including visa processing, expatriation, repatriation, adhoc reporting, and stakeholder management. Qualification Required: - 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in mobility and immigration. Key Skills and Attributes: - Proven experience in Global mobility and immigration, with advanced expertise in handling US immigration and other Non-US immigration such as Europe & APAC regions. - Knowledge of US Markets and visas like L1, B1/B2, H1. - Proficient in drafting petitions for L1/H1 visas and conducting L1 mock interviews. - Familiarity with End to End Work permit processes for EMEA (specific to UK & I), Germany, Nordic & Netherlands. - Knowledge of MIS and Host and Home country Tax compliance. - Strong team player with excellent communication and soft skills. - Ability to take ownership and drive tasks to closure.
