Senior Associate - Talent Mobility

As a Senior Executive - Mobility at EY, you will be responsible for Visa and Immigration management for both inbound and outbound moves to and from India. Your role will involve documentation, cost estimation, authorization forms, coordination with various teams, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and review documentation for all categories of Visa and Immigration - Coordinate with Host and Home country Partners for approvals - Interact with Attorneys/Immigration team abroad for Visa authorization - Work closely with business in finalizing assignment requests and choosing the right resource - Coordinate with Global Mobility/immigration team of host countries - Work with Finance and tax teams on IT return preparation - Generate adhoc reporting and conduct mock interviews - Provide counseling to transferring and repatriating employees - Review and generate assignment documentation - Conduct Visa & Travel briefing sessions with employees **Skills And Attributes For Success:** - Good team player with strong communication and influencing skills - Attention to detail and ability to take ownership - Demonstrate leadership and executive presence **Qualification Required:** - 4 to 8 years relevant experience in mobility and immigration - Knowledge of US Markets L1/H1 Visa - End to End Work permit process for EMEA, Germany, Nordic, Netherlands, APAC & MENA As an ideal candidate, you should have knowledge on conducting L1 mock interviews, MIS, Host and Home country Tax compliance, and developing team members.
