What the candidate will do

  • Connect with hiring managers to gain a deeper understanding of the role requirements.
  • Ask thoughtful and probing questions to gather insights.
  • Prepare a Role Understanding Document to capture details clearly
  • Prepare a clear Job Description (JD) with Key Responsibilities, Requirements, and Role Summary.
  • Plan and help build a hiring strategy for the assigned role (sourcing channels, outreach, timelines).
  • Post job openings on job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements - check if candidates have the right skills, qualifications, and fit well with the company.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and managers
  • Communicate with candidates in a professional and friendly way, keeping them updated.
  • Participate in interviews (observing or conducting, depending on need).
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Ensure all hiring activities follow company policies, compliance standards, and labor laws
