Job Description

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence

Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure advisory services with a focus on financial modelling and analysis, data driven policy research, engineering, design, procurement and construction of renewable energy technologies, assessment of regulatory compliance, preparing risk matrices and mitigation strategies derived from the due diligence of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Shareholders Agreements (SHA), and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts. commercial due diligence for RE assets. Proficient in conducting detailed assessments of utilities and energy infrastructure projects. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data to inform strategic recommendations. Experienced in stakeholder engagement to understand client needs and deliver actionable insights. Familiarity with best practices in project management methodologies tailored to infrastructure initiatives.
