Our services include background screening, profile checks, digital address and document verification, video verification, due diligence, and face recognition. We are committed to building trust and eliminating fraud through comprehensive on-ground, digital, and automated verification processes.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BGV (background verification) QC (Quality Control) specialist. The BGV QC specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all background verification reports and managing the QC process. They will also be responsible for identifying and resolving quality control issues, and implementing best practices for quality management, quality services 


Responsibilities


·  Perform quality checks on completed BGV reports, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company guidelines and client requirements.

·  Verify that all supporting documents and verification proofs are correctly attached and authentic.

·  Cross-check findings with internal systems, source documents, and verification results.

·  Understand and apply client-specific formats, rules, and requirements during quality checks.

·  Coordinate with operations teams for clarifications or additional information.

·  Maintain accurate QC records for audit purposes.

·  Generate quality-related MIS reports for management review.



Qualifications

  • Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills
  • Experience with BGV Quality Auditing and implementation of corrective actions making a thorough and Quality check of the reports prepared by Report writers/Analyst.
  • Coordinating with the team members.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the background verification industry or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.



Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in similar role.
