Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Back Ground Verification Expert CAM/QC position at Fox I Vision Screening Services Pvt. Ltd. The role involves handling background verification processes, Client Management, and quality control tasks on a day-to-day basis.


  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication and addressing inquiries or concerns. Understand clients' business objectives, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Employment, Education, and Quality Check, to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Track and monitor the cases timelines, reports, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to clients regarding the cases progress.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Sending reports to clients.
  • Resolve client issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing insights with the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain and publish the MIS of the cases.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.


Qualification:


1) Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.

2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

3) Good command on MS word and excel. Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

4) Attention to detail and accuracy in managing client and information.

5) Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and find suitable solutions.

6) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.

7) Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing client needs and priorities.


Imp. : Experience with BGV Quality Auditing and implementation of corrective actions Making a thorough and Quality check of the reports prepared by Report writers/Analyst.
