Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our Procurement team in managing end-to-end sourcing and contract administration processes for renewable energy projects. This role involves vendor development, compliance coordination, documentation, and internal stakeholder collaboration to ensure timely and compliant procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the preparation of RFQs, contracts, purchase orders, change notes, and variations in collaboration with the Procurement team.
  • Identifying and engaging new contractors/vendors for Solar, Wind, Energy Storage, and BESS projects; establishing and maintaining a vendor database and executing exclusive NDAs.
  • Coordinating internally for new vendor registration and ensuring compliance with counterparty screening as per central procurement policy.
  • Monitoring and maintaining a database of all contracts, POs, work orders, BGs, and NDAs executed across projects.
  • Preparing notes for approval, cost comparatives and other relevant documents as per the procurement policy.
  • Floating RFQs, preparing cost comparatives, and supporting the procurement team in procuring project-related materials.
  • Preparing and uploading documents in DocuSign for approval as per procurement policy and counter party screening for compliance.
  • Participating in team meetings to ensure project(s) goals are achieved, risks are managed appropriately, and organization’s resourcing are optimized.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement practices, including sourcing strategies and vendor management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain networks and market dynamics.
  • Effective facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills to support decision-making and drive action.
  • Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills to achieve procurement objectives in a cross-functional environment.
