Senior Associate

Advise ontrade mark, copyright, designmatters.
OverseeIP prosecution, filing strategies, and opposition proceedings.
Draft and negotiateIP licensing, franchise, assignment, co-branding, andtechnology transferagreements.
ManageIP enforcement, including takedowns, cease & desist notices, and coordination for civil/criminal actions.
Adviseproduction houses, creators, talent, agencies, OTT platforms, and brandson contractual and regulatory issues.

Requirement:

58 yearsof experience, with primary focus onIPandMedia & Entertainmentmatters.
Strong understanding ofcorporate laws, IP statutes, and media & entertainment regulations.
Expert-level drafting and negotiation skills across commercial and creative agreements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
