We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Associate People Success who can own core HR operations end-to-end and ensure every Atlys employee has a seamless experience from hire to exit. You’ll manage everything from onboarding, payroll, documentation, benefits, and engagement, building scalable processes that keep things fast, accurate, and people-first.

The Job

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for non-tech roles across fulfilment and support functions.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, drive fast and high-quality hiring, and manage candidate communication, offer rollouts, and overall candidate experience.

  • Drive smooth onboarding and offboarding processes including background checks, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, and compliance documentation.

  • Support insurance and benefits administration, working with vendors for coverage, claims, and renewals.

  • Manage payroll operations by collating monthly inputs, validating attendance, leaves, and reimbursements, and coordinating with Finance for accurate and timely payouts.

  • Own HR dashboards and trackers for headcount, attrition, hiring funnel, and reporting.

The ideal candidate

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, preferably in a fast-paced startup.

  • Familiar with HRMS tools, payroll inputs, Excel/Google Sheets, and compliance documentation.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills; thrives on ownership and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.

  • Passionate about people experience, culture, and building scalable HR systems.
