Join Outscale Partners as a Senior Associate – Organisation Development and play a vital role in managing our performance management and HRIS processes.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 End-to-end execution of performance review cycles (Mid-Year & Annual)

🔹 Manage UKG (HRIS) system – goal uploads, query management, and reporting

🔹 Prepare eligibility sheets, calendars, normalization & target distribution files

🔹 Coordinate across HR and business teams to ensure smooth process delivery

What You’ll Need:

🎓 Graduate in any discipline

💼 2–3 years of experience in Performance Management / HR Operations / HRIS support

💡 Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills

Additional Details:

🕒 Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (India Time)

🚗 Both-side cab facility provided

💰 Night shift allowance applicable

📍 Location: Gurugram
