Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Associate Influencer Marketing to lead and execute impactful influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing influencer partnerships, driving measurable results, and creating innovative strategies to amplify brand presence across digital platforms.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:

o Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.

o Identify key opportunities for influencer collaborations to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.


2. Influencer Identification & Relationship Management:

o Source, vet, and onboard influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.).

o Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand ambassadors.


3. Content Development & Coordination:

o Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and on-brand content that resonates with target audiences.

o Provide creative direction, campaign briefs, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.


4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

o Track and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.

o Prepare detailed post-campaign reports, highlighting insights, ROI, and key takeaways.


5. Team Collaboration:

o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, social media, and paid media, to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.

o Mentor and guide junior team members on influencer marketing best practices.


6. Market Trends & Innovation:

o Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing tools.

o Propose new approaches and creative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.



Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


2. Experience:

o 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing managing large-scale influencer campaigns across multiple platforms and categories (Nano/Micro to A-lister celebrities)


3. Skills & Competencies:

o Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, social media platforms, and digital trends.

o Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

o Analytical mindset with proficiency in using tools to measure campaign performance

o Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for building relationships with influencers and stakeholders.

o Creative problem-solver with a strong eye for detail.
