Job Description

As a Senior Professional in Finance GBS - Corporate Banking Services employee will be participating in the daily tasks within the department and also participate in the regular period end activities
Main focus areas are the regular tasks of the bank operation incl period end
Furthermore, you will ensure superior customer satisfaction by delivering high end quality support to the front office in Headquarter based in Denmark and the current 35 internal customers/affiliates
Executing day end activities incl. relevant controls
Running the payment factory, which currently includes Headquarter in Denmark and affiliates in Asia, Europe and North America
Daily accounting and reconciliation tasks related to running the payment factory Participate in the month end, quarter end and year end activities (accruals and
Day-to-day support to front office in Headquarter, DenmarkDay-to-day support directly to internal customers located in Asia, Europe and North America
Ensure daily and monthly Sarbox controls are conducted and documented
Ensure documentation in recorded and maintained according to corporate finance archiving guidelines
Participation in projects reg
optimization of procedures and implementation of IT systems
Maintain period end exchange rates for the NN group including relevant Sarbox control
Continued focus on Customer Service and on service targets according to SLAs

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent) from a well-recognised, institute Good academic track record and grades

2-5 years of experience within an accounting/economy function from a larger organisation IT skills.

In prioritized order:

1) experience in working with SAP Business Warehouse

2) experience in working with Excel (Pivots, Macros etc.)

3) experience in working with SAP and MS Power Point

Experience in working with SAP In-House Cash module - preferably
Candidates with banking experience from either a corporate or external bank are preferred
Strong analytical skills and Fluent in written and spoken English
Fast learner i.e. able to learn the basic accounting flow in the different systems used and transform data into usable information.
Thorough, detailed and responsible

Team worker and service minded

Good IT skills

Preferable experience from the pharmaceutical industryWorking at Novo Nordisk
