Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Associate to join our Identity Access Management (IAM) team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in IAM implementations with leading IAM solutions, such as SailPoint and Okta. Roles and Responsibility Lead the implementation of IAM solutions, including authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Design and implement IAM federated architecture, including SSO/MFA, IAG/HRIS, and AD/LDAP integration. Develop and maintain technical documentation for IAM solutions, including design documents and implementation guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with existing systems. Provide training and support to end-users on IAM solutions, including user acceptance testing and troubleshooting. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in IAM, applying this knowledge to improve our services. Job Requirements Minimum 3-6 years of experience in IAM implementations with leading IAM solutions, such as SailPoint and Okta. Strong knowledge of computer network technologies, protocols, and topologies, along with proficiency in Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret and convey technical information to all levels of technical aptitude. High degree of integrity and confidentiality, with the ability to adhere to company policies and best practices. Ability to manage budgets and resource allocation, including program and project management. Experience building, mentoring, and developing teams, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; relevant certifications are preferred.
