We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Plant Engineering professional to oversee the upkeep and efficient operation of Air Heat Exchanger manufacturing machinery and plant utility equipment. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of production equipment, legal compliance, utility management, and vendor coordination. The candidate must be willing to relocate near the plant in Sarole. Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Equipment Management Maintain Press, Tube Cutting & Expansion machines, Welding equipment, and Utility equipment . Ensure optimal MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) for AHE shop machinery. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Utility & Plant Operations Monitor and manage plant utilities including compressed air, water, power distribution, DG power generation, diesel consumption, and STP chemical usage . Ensure continuous availability and efficiency of all utility systems. Vendor & Contract Management Liaise with suppliers, AMC service providers, and material vendors. Negotiate rates and contracts, select suppliers, and monitor performance against set criteria. Compliance & Safety Ensure all maintenance and utility operations comply with legal, safety, and environmental regulations . Implement safe work practices across maintenance and plant operations. Administrative & Coordination Tasks Prepare reports, handle internal approvals, PR and PO processes. Communicate effectively through written reports and presentations to management. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Technical Skills: Computer proficiency; SAP exposure preferred. Industry Experience: HVAC, AHU, Air Heat Exchanger, or sheet metal industry. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure, networking, and enterprise IT systems, along with prior experience collaborating with European/global teams in a multinational environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and support IT services across two plant locations. Oversee infrastructure setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and storage systems. Ensure smooth operations of enterprise applications and operational equipment. Collaborate with the global ICT team to assess business needs, propose solutions, and drive implementation. Maintain operational continuity, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure system security and compliance. Required Technical Expertise High-level experience with: Microsoft Active Directory Services. Microsoft Windows Server and services (e.g. Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, File/Print Services, DHCP). Microsoft 365 ProPlus and applications (including Microsoft Teams). Networking infrastructure (Switches, Wi-Fi Access Points, Routers/Firewalls). Server and storage infrastructure configuration and maintenance. Operational equipment such as barcode printers and industrial devices. Operational knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems. Nice to have: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud environments. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 service administration. Basic understanding of project management principles. Strong team collaboration and corporate teamwork experience. Other Requirements Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Prior experience working in a multinational environment is preferred.
