Senior Associate Finance

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate – Finance to manage core finance functions with a strong focus on Revenue Assurance, Revenue Cycle Management, GST, TDS, Reconciliation, and Accounting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing high-volume financial transactions and working on Tally ERP 9/Prime.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end revenue assurance processes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

● Oversee Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including billing, collections, and reconciliations.

● Ensure accurate accounting entries, reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.

● Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, including returns and reconciliations.

● Conduct bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations on a regular basis.

● Process and monitor high-volume transactions with accuracy and timeliness.

● Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management review.

● Collaborate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

● Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.

● 2+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

● Mandatory expertise in:

○ Revenue Assurance

○ Revenue Cycle Management

○ GST & TDS compliance and reconciliation

○ High-volume transaction management

○ Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

● Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
