Join our team as a Senior Associate and take ownership of key reporting processes, month-end closures, and financial insights that drive business decisions. 📢 We're Hiring: Senior Associate—Finance🕒 Experience: 4+ years post-qualification | 2+ years in an MNC🎓 Qualification: CA/CMA (Semi-qualified) or M.Com/B.Com📍 Location: Global Shared Services Centre, Kerala 🌍 🌟 Your Role:As a Senior Associate, you will manage day-to-day financial reporting activities for a specific business unit/legal entity, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables aligned with SLAs. You’ll be a key player in maintaining internal controls, handling reconciliations, and contributing to financial planning and risk management. 🔍 What You’ll Do:Handle monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings of books of accountsPerform spend and variance analysis with commentaryPost accruals, prepayments, intercompany entries, and salary journalsMaintain the Fixed Asset Register (Additions, Disposals & Depreciation)Analyze commission/bonus schemes and ensure accurate accrualsPerform revenue analysis and submit monthly reportsReview aged debtors and accrued income reportsRespond to audit/client queries and maintain updated process documentationEnsure timely delivery of fees, reconciliations, and financial projectionsProvide ad hoc analysis and assist with process improvement ✅ What You’ll Bring:Strong experience in SAP and ERP-based environmentsAdvanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, etc.)Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial processesHigh attention to detail with a proactive and analytical mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
