Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our ESG - Global Capability Center team, with 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate environmental risks and promote sustainable practices.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of ESG performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills in ESG principles.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and community groups, to promote the company's ESG commitment.
  • Monitor and report on ESG progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
