Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Associate at Dichang Resort & Hotel, located in Kharsia. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. The role entails handling guest queries, overseeing team performance, and contributing to planning and execution of business strategies to enhance overall efficiency and growth.
