Senior Associate - Deals - Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC)

As a Senior Associate in PwC's Private Equity Value Creation team within the Advisory Acceleration Center, your role will involve various responsibilities that contribute to driving growth and creating significant value for clients in the TMT sector within the competitive private equity landscape. **Role Overview:** You will be part of a fast-growing Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) practice that shapes the M&A landscape by supporting PE and corporate clients in developing investment perspectives and value creation strategies. Your primary focus will be on project delivery, client engagement and business development, research and analysis, innovation and development, knowledge management, and other areas. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prior experience in product due diligence or IT due diligence and ops due diligence roles within professional services, private equity or corporate organizations - Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data, customer analysis, and internal analysis - Create and manage client-ready deliverables, including slides and reports - Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and clients - Assist the team proactively in various aspects of client engagements - Conduct primary and secondary research specific to the TMT sector and private equity - Take an active role in new business development and pursuit activities - Contribute to practice enablement and business development activities - Stay updated with local and global business and economic issues, focusing on the TMT and private equity sectors - Active role in mentoring team members and contributing to practice enablement and business development activities - Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct **Qualifications Required:** - Desired experience of 5 to 7 years in technology due diligence, IT due diligence, ops due diligence, value creation, or related field - Candidates with prior industry experience in operations for TMT companies will be given preference - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools - Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, and Excel/Google Charts - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Effective written and verbal business communication skills - MBA from premier B-Schools with strong academic credentials, analytical abilities, and leadership skills This opportunity at PwC's Private Equity Value Creation team in Bangalore offers you a chance to work in a high-performance culture focused on diversity and inclusion.
