The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for handling the brands CRM operations through Salesforce platforms. In addition, the candidate will support the CRM Central Team in managing key communication channels, including SMS, RCS, Email, and WhatsApp. The team works closely with multiple stakeholders across the Creative, Category, Customer, and Monetization departments to deliver targeted communications and enhance customer engagement with the brand.
This role combines database and campaign management along with analytical skills. A typical day for the individual will include: Managing CRM platform reports based on new requirements, ongoing implementations, and daily reporting/dashboards.
Handling various micro and macro customer automation projects under the CRM department and supporting team members in their execution.
Coordinating with platform partners on daily implementations and managing new customer initiatives.
Monitoring the performance of each channel (SMS, Email, RCS, etc.) and customer cohorts to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
Publishing periodic reports and preparing presentation decks for reviews with senior management.
Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems ,Knowledge on Salesforce CRM is a must.
Solid background in customer acquisition/retention strategies is a plus Efficient project and people management skills
Good communication and presentation skills in Written and Verbal
