Position: Showroom Manager Experience:12+ years Age Group: 30 to 45 years Languages Required:English & any Local Language:- Tamil, Telugu, Kannada Qualifications: HSC &Any Degree Job Summary: The Showroom Manager will lead the operations of our jewelry showroom, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, managing a high-performing team, and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the jewelry sector, strong leadership capabilities, and effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily showroom operations, including staff management and sales performance. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Train, mentor, and supervise showroom staff, promoting a positive team environment. Ensure outstanding customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge. Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute showroom promotions and events. Monitor financial performance and manage inventory levels efficiently. Prepare reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management. Qualifications: HSC and Degree Minimum of 5 years of experience in the jewelry industry or relevant retail sectors. Strong leadership and team management skills.
