Senior Associate - Compliance COE

Role Overview: You will spearhead the Compliance Function to ensure operational transparency, mitigate legal and reputational risks, and promote a culture of compliance. Your role will involve keeping up with regulatory compliance changes, conducting risk assessments, and adapting organizational practices accordingly. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the implementation of technological advancements for efficient Finance processes and regulatory compliance. - Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to enhance systems and tools. - Ensure timely submission of data for regulatory reporting and assist in litigation management. - Review Finance processes to ensure effective controls and conduct regular risk assessments. - Develop, implement, and enforce compliance policies and procedures. - Review client and vendor contracts from a Finance perspective. - Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices. - Maintain internal controls to prevent errors and fraud. - Supervise and manage a team, provide coaching and training to enhance team skills. - Maintain quality standards and conduct frequent quality checks for improvement. Qualifications Required: - CS with 4+ years of experience. - Demonstrated innovative and critical thinking in project management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical and numerical skills. - Good interpersonal and networking skills. - Attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.,
