Senior Associate - Community Management - AI Acceleration Program

As AI Acceleration Program activities mature, we are seeking to hire an AI Community Management officer.

Responsibilities

Working under the supervision of the CoP Lead, the role will consist of supporting the community animation work for existing (e.g. Developers, AI Catalysts) and yet-to-onboard (e.g. Support Teams) communities, such as:

Create and distribute regular communications to keep members of various communities informed and engaged using communication channels such as SharePoint, Confluence, MS Teams chats, COMIT, mail, etc.

Organize and host events to foster knowledge sharing, collaboration and promote AI products features among community members.

Create high-quality tutorials, guides, and FAQs, and maintain community resources.

Foster community engagement, monitor KPIs, and gather feedback to improve the Product roadmap.

Develop and update AI Training Paths and produce content to upskill community members.

Direct Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication Management

o Create and distribute regular newsletters, updates, and announcements to keep members of various communities informed and engaged.

o Facilitate open and transparent communication channels (such as sharepoint, confluence, MS Teams chats, COMIT, mail, etc) to ensure communication objectives are met by having information reach target audience adequately.

2. Event Planning and Coordination

o Organize and host events to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration among community members (such as QA sessions, live demos, etc).

o Organize and host events to demonstrate new product features and best practices (such as live demos, hands-on practice workshops, etc).

3. Content Management

o Create and curate high-quality content such as tutorials, user guides, and FAQs.

o Maintain and update communities resources such as existing Sharepoint and Confluence spaces.

o Collaborate with experts in the various communities to develop content that addresses specific needs.

4. Community Building and Engagement

o Encourage active participation and contribution from all community members (e.g. Monthly Leaderboard in place for Developers community).

o Collaborate with AI Control Tower team to monitor team engagement KPIs (e.g. adoption) and identify clusters or regions requiring particular attention.

o Contribute to regular feedback collection campaigns to identify areas of improvements and feed the Product roadmap with Voice of the Customer elements.

Contributing Responsibilities

1. Training and Development

o Contribute to the creation and update of the different AI Training Path tailored to the existing communities.

o Contribute to training content production when needed, to upskill community members on latest tools, features, and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will:

Be self-driven and proactive.

Able to efficiently communicate and collaborate with various communities (such as Developers, AI Catalysts, Support teams) spread across all CIB ITO clusters and regions.

Ideally have an IT background that is considered a strong asset in our context.

Have a vivid interest in AI, following AI evolution, AI applications and being able to use AI to support his/her activities.

Have experience in community management and project management skills to support the required organization and logistics.

Have good presentation skills.

Familiarity and interest with current AI and GenAI trends and best practices.

Proven experience in community management and change management with a focus on driving adoption of new technologies or practices

Experience in planning, executing and animating events.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment across geographies.

Fluency in English
