We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Omni-Channel Central Logistics
Operations professional to manage, optimize, and coordinate logistics processes across our
online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain
operations, Logistics and Planning — with proven experience in supporting multi-channel or
omni-channel distribution networks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Central Operations Management
● Oversee end-to-end logistics operations for omni-channel fulfillment — including
e-commerce,Q-commerce, retail, marketplace, and B2B orders.
● Ensure efficient order allocation, right service partner, and timely dispatch across all
channels - focusing on excellent customer experience.
● Coordinate between warehouse, transport, vendor selection & on-boarding, and
customer service teams for seamless execution.
2. Process & System Efficiency
● Work with WMS/OMS/TMS platforms to streamline order processing, logistics tracking,
and fulfillment accuracy.
● Identify process bottlenecks and implement automation or process improvement
initiatives.
● Ensure data integrity and maintain operational dashboards for performance tracking.
3. Performance Monitoring
● Track key Logistics KPIs such as Outbound throughput,On-Time performance, courier
partner daily reporting.
● Manage logistics partners (3PLs, courier partners, transporters) for timely pickup,
delivery, returns and monthly closure.
● Negotiate service levels, monitor performance and improvement, and address
escalations effectively.
4. Reporting & Analytics
● Generate and analyze key KPIs - delivery TAT, cost per shipment, return ratio, and
real-time reporting.
● Provide actionable insights to improve service levels and reduce logistics costs.
Qualifications & Experience:
● 5–8 years of experience in supply chain planning, Logistics operations, preferably in
e-commerce or D2C.
● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI,
Tableau, Google sheet dashboards).
● Experience in working with multi-channel fulfillment models (B2B, D2C, marketplaces).
● Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Experienced in New Age WMS/OMS systems (Unicommerce, Incref, Clickpost or similar)
