Your key responsibilities will include conducting counseling sessions with prospective students, providing detailed information about the programs, addressing inquiries via various communication channels, participating in recruitment events, assisting in the admissions process, and maintaining relationships with students, alumni, and industry partners. Additionally, you will contribute to marketing campaigns, utilize digital platforms for outreach, analyze data related to admissions, and prepare regular reports on progress. To be successful in this role, you should have a BBA with Sales and Marketing specialization (MBA preferred) and 4-8 years of experience in student recruitment or admissions counseling. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software are preferred. A passion for education, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and familiarity with the Indian education system and admission trends are desirable skills.
