Senior Area Sales Manager

Job Description: You will drive the booking of seasonal and core garment lines at key retail brand outlets. As a Senior Area Sales Manager, your role will involve aligning bookings with brand strategies, seasonal calendars, and merchandising plans. You will work on ensuring timely booking closures through structured distributor and retailer engagement. It will be important for you to identify, appoint, and manage distributors to expand market penetration, monitor distributor performance, inventory, and financial health, and train and support distributors to maximize productivity and efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets for the assigned area through effective planning and execution, tracking area-wise, brand-wise, and product category-wise performance, managing trade promotions and schemes to drive bookings and sales, building and maintaining strong relationships with retail brand decision-makers, ensuring brand visibility and preference at key booking touchpoints, addressing retailer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
