Role Description

This is a full-time, field-based role for a Senior Area Sales Manager – Uttar Pradesh. The Senior Area Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding and managing the dealer and architect network, driving sales growth, and ensuring strong market presence in the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include appointing and onboarding new dealers, building relationships with architects and industry influencers, assisting partners in achieving sales targets, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and providing valuable feedback for product and marketing development.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in vitrified tile sales.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Uttar Pradesh market and dealer network operations.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation & Closing Skills: Proven ability to close deals and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Travel: Willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
