Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Area Sales Manager located in Mumbai,Pune & Bengaluru. The selected candidate should be able to meet the given sales targets by generating leads, closing of orders and collection of payment.

•        Achieving Given Sales Target by generating leads through customer visits (existing and new), social media search and social networking.

•        Prepare Offers on ERP as per customer’s requirement to the generated leads and follow up for closing.

•        Negotiate such submitted offers within the company’s sales terms, conditions and discounts and close the offers

•        Responsible for complete sales cycle till the order execution.

•        Creation of new customer data.

•        Developing new customers in real estate developers, Hospitality, Gyms Segments, and HNIs.

•        Regular meetings with Architects, Gym Trainers, Facility Managers and Corporate decision makers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
• Strong skills in developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Market research and client identification skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
