Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will manage design teams, communicate with clients, and ensure that all projects meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design development of architectural projects from concept to execution.
Create and review architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout project phases.
Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Mentor junior architects and oversee quality of their work.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Present designs and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and project management skills.
Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
