Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect at Psy-arch, you will play a critical role in leading design projects and managing teams effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - **End-to-End Design Expertise**: Independently prepare drawings from conceptualization to project completion, showcasing proficiency in plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings. - **Creative Design**: Demonstrate a keen eye for creative design, ensuring that architectural concepts are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective. - **Interior Design Integration**: Utilize expertise to create floor plans that optimize space utilization, incorporating a deep understanding of interior design principles while considering structural nuances. - **Site Coordination**: Actively coordinate with on-site teams to ensure seamless collaboration between design vision and project execution. - **Proactivity and Independence**: Exhibit a proactive and independent work ethic, taking initiative in design decisions and project leadership. - **Client Interaction**: Travel to meet clients, present design proposals, understand client needs, and incorporate feedback into the design process. - **Team Management**: Oversee and manage interns, providing guidance and fostering their professional development. Qualifications: - **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required. - **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing. - **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English and Malayalam is essential. - **Certification**: COA certification is required.
