Senior Architect

Job Description

Sr. Key Responsibilities 1 Work closely with AVP Design to create the building designs to meet the project requirement and detailed drawings by using specialist applications 2 Coordinate for designs & compile project specifications 3 Work with Business Development Team about the feasibility of potential projects 4 Working around constraining factors such as town planning rules, environmental impact and project budget 5 Work with Project operations team to ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations 6 Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists 7 Monitor development of GFC (good for construction) drawings for timely completion & hand-over to the Projects team 8 Make on site visits to check on project status specifically wrt following design and construction norms and report on project 9 Follow architectural trends and advancements 10 Co-ordination with external architecture agencies for smooth delivery of drawings and other elevation details for the project. 11 Compliant with document management process for all architecture related designs, sanctions and documents
