Description
Key Responsibilities Lead conceptual and sustainable design vision across institutional projects. Guide and review architectural drawings, working details, and BOQs. Ensure code compliance (NBC, LEED/GRIHA, local bylaws). Manage internal teams and consultants (Structural, MEP, HVAC, Interiors). Oversee project planning, delivery, and stakeholder coordination. Conduct site visits, resolve on-ground technical issues. Represent the firm in client meetings, reviews, and forums. Contribute to business development, proposals, and competitions. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Architecture (Master’s preferred). 15–20 years of experience, with 10+ years in institutional projects. Proven delivery of high-value buildings (universities, hospitals, offices). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS Project. Strong technical and coordination expertise (MEP, façade, sustainability). Desired Attributes Passion for sustainable, people-centric design. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
